EULA - End User License Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using Email Grabber Plus.

By installing, downloading, copying, accessing, or otherwise using Email Grabber Plus, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use Email Grabber Plus.

1. License Grant: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Email Grabber Plus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial use.

2. Restrictions: You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or assign Email Grabber Plus. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the software.

3. Intellectual Property: Email Grabber Plus and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Email Grabber Plus. You acknowledge that you are only granted a license to use the software and do not own any rights in the software.

4. Support and Updates: Email Grabber Plus may provide support and updates for the software. The terms of support and update services are at the discretion of Email Grabber Plus.

5. Warranty Disclaimer: Email Grabber Plus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Email Grabber Plus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Email Grabber Plus be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
